- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Flat Shipping Rate: ₹99 (Pan India)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Partner
We use Shiprocket as our logistics partner to ensure reliable delivery services across all of India.
Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship Pan India, covering all major cities, towns, and most rural areas.
- If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond 10 business days, or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with Shiprocket to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
