1. No Return or Refund Policy



All items sold by STAMPCRAFT are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been delivered successfully, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:


  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size, color, or design ordered
  • Product not meeting personal expectations






2. Damaged or Defective Products



While we take great care in packaging and quality checks, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.


To report a damaged item:


  1. Email us at stampcraft.co@gmail.com or call 8860628196 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the damaged item, and unboxing proof if available.
  3. Our team will review your claim and confirm eligibility for a replacement.



If approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Replacements are issued only for damaged or defective products reported within the 48-hour window.


Replacement product will be delivered to your location within 7 working day




3. Conditions for Replacement



A replacement will be provided only if:


  • The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, and all original packaging and labels are intact.
  • Valid proof of damage (photos/videos) is shared.



Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.





4. Cancellation Policy



Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
